Originally located in Mountainside, we have since relocated to places such as North Plainfield and Bound Brook, but have currently settled in Middlesex, New Jersey. We specialize in start up companies and assist in avoiding the many tax traps in the Internal Revenue Code. We also provide tax preparation for individuals. We are professionalattentive, and provide quality services at affordable rates. Joseph P. Vecchio Jr., CPA

Born and raised in New Jersey, I first began my campaign to master the profession of accounting in 1966. Initially I attended Pace University in New York City. But to be closer to my hometown of Bayonne, I later continued my education at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey. There, I graduated with the class of ’72 to earn my Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

After graduating Fairleigh Dickinson University, I registered with the State of New Jersey to be a Public Accountant where I began work for an accounting firm. In my time there I gained much experience and knowledge in the field of tax preparation and small business accounting. This exposure laid the foundation for the establishment of my own practice. In 1978 I founded my firm, which till this day, continues to provide exceptional accounting and tax services for small businesses and individuals alike.

In addition to becoming a Public accountant, I became an enrolled Internal Revenue Service agent in 1981. As an Enrolled Agent, I was able to not only prepare the tax returns for my clients, but to represent them before the Internal Revenue Service. This feat is the highest credentials of which the Internal Revenue Service awards. 

With the acceleration of my career, it was pertinent to my success to continue advancing toward my goal of becoming the best in my field. I made it my objective to become a Certified Public Accountant. In 1982 I took the four part CPA Examination and passed, allowing the State of New Jersey to license me as a Certified Public Accountant. 

I have since kept actively up to date with the latest Federal and State tax regulations to provide the most up-to-date and finest services for my clients. I serve as a fellow in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). These associations have aided to my always-informed knowledge of tax rules and regulations.

My years of experience have benefited my ever growing aptitude toward this profession. I am Intuit Quickbooks Pro Advisor Certified to ensure that your business runs as smoothly as it possibly can. Along with years of accrued wisdom; confidentiality and dependability are traits that I have mastered in safeguarding long-standing relationships with my clients. My clients receive the proficiency and expertise their business deserves.

Suzette Reyes-McCauley, Enrolled Agent, Tax Manager

A graduate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.   I have been a long-time member of this firm. I possess over two decades of experience with a diverse array of businesses. The industries in which I have tended to include construction contractors, retail sales, restaurant/food service industries, professional services, and real estate developers. In the years working with such diversified business trades, I have gained superior knowledge of the accounting and tax needs of each individual industry. This allows me to better assess what is essential for prosperity of each organization.  With these businesses, I address issues on all aspects of business and personal taxing authority requirements as well as financial decision issues. I guarantee that all records are kept accurate and confidential. I regularly meet with clients regarding any previous, ongoing, or prospective issues they may have.  Working one on one with clients grants me the ability to determine the most effective way to guide a business to success

To aid in superior operations of each business, I utilize Intuit Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Being well-versed in these programs allows me to better ensure proficiency. Needless to say, I would be happy to help if ever a question were to arise. 

As the office manager, I oversee the operations of the staff to ensure the day-to-day affairs are tended to in a professional, timely manner.
